I am in HS. Have not done gym.. for 4 years, but interested if you have a one day a week class in the level of pre team which is where I left off? Thanks.

Hi Julie, If you can call the gym at 978.740.9600 someone can check to see which class would work best for you, We usually have a 1-1/2 hour class on Wednesday in the fall, or you could perhaps work out with our prep-op novice group.
